On Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at 6:30 pm, the Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission (WCPARC), the Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative (HWPI) and the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will hold an informational meeting at the Washington Educational Center regarding the construction of the new segment for the Border-to-Border Trail (B2B).  The new segment of the B2B Trail is on the south side of the railroad tracks, 2.1 miles long and parallels Dexter-Chelsea from Freer Road to Lima Center Rd.

There will be an open house from 6:30 – 8:00 pm, providing citizens an opportunity to discuss the proposed project with the staff.

You can contact Roy Townsend, Project Engineer, at the WCPARC at 734-845-1903 or email at townsendr@Washtenaw.org with any questions regarding this project.

Individuals needing auxiliary aids or services can contact the County of Washtenaw at 734-994-2410 or TTD 734-994-1733.
